MTD landscape architects was commissioned by AM / Rabo Bouwfonds and Slokker Vastgoed to be responsible for the Landscape and urban development master plan, Visual Quality Plan and Public Space Development Plan (2007-2019). On the former hospital site, a new leafy residential area was developed with mainly ground-level homes, while retaining the existing tree stands and water features.
