MTD landscape architects celebrates its 25th anniversary with a year of festivities and special events. Last week the office went for an inspiring trip to the historic city of Athens, base of the Greek culture. Next to a biking tour through the streets of Athens, there was a visit to the Acropolis, the impressive Acropolis Museum of Tschumi, the spectacle of the sunset from Philopappos Hill, a walk around the ancient Agora, and a visit to the Stavros Niarchos cultural centre of Renzo Piano and its roof- and parc landscape. But of course there was also room for a culinary walk, a dinner at a rooftop restaurant and a dip into the nightlife of Athens.
It was a very inspiring, pleasant and also exiting journey.
