On October 4 and 5, 2019, MTD left for Limburg for its annual excursion weekend. In addition to a visit to a number of recent projects realized by the office, such as the center of Cuijk and the center of Venray, there was also room for an exciting bike ride through the marl caves of Valkenburg. The reception and dinner at Hotel Vaesharteld were welcoming and culinary and of course the vibrant nightlife of Maastricht was explored
On Saturday there was room for a walk on the plateau of St. Pietersberg and the ENCI quarry; some fresh air was very welcome!
After a lunch in the former Tapijnkazerne, a city walk through Maastricht was on the program and a visit to the bicycle storage facility on Stationsplein and the Lindekruis district on the former Nutsterrein; represented special Maastricht projects of the office.
After returning to 's-Hertogenbosch, the weekend ended with a dinner! It was a great excursion! Proud of our team!
