MTD acquires contract for the Drielandenpunt Bid Book (three-border point)

October 18, 2013
Every now and then we're faced with a very special challenge; and this is certainly one of them. MTD landschapsarchitecten was commissioned by the Municipality of Vaals to compile the ‘Bid Book Drielandenpunt’
(three-border point).
The Bid Book will depict the investment and operating opportunities of the region in an abstract but inspirational manner for market parties. To this end, in close cooperation with the client, the agency will work on the elaboration of the present Development strategy, which has opportunities for a substantive and strategic proficiency. The main purpose of the plans is to establish a hierarchy relating to opportunities and potentials in the envisaged developments and to then visualize these properly. For the ‘Drielandenpunt Bid Book’, on the one hand the agency will be responsible for the development of the spatial and strategic plans, and on the other hand, for the interactive communications process with those who are involved in administrative-political terms, as well as the individual stakeholders. In this way we'll achieve a ‘widely supported’ plan.
